Holding space for CXO collaboration. . .

The sixty-four dollar question is how. Different organizations have different methods, but many are expensive. I think Cisco has one of the best training certifications, but it is focused on a very narrow subject. Other programs, such as colleges focus on a particluar curriculum such as Networking, Security, Local Area Networks, etc. Only one course that I have taught focuses not only on the technical side but also on the business side.

Future jobs in IT require an overall approach to the entire environment. Certainly you need the geek, but you also need people that can think outside of the box. The question is how do you accomplish this task. I certainly don't have the answer.
