Holding space for CXO collaboration. . .

Skype -- Why are So Many CXO Americans Petrified by It?

I can't figure it out. Nearly every tech-savvy European I've met in the last six months knows of and most of them use skype. Mention this form of social/business networking in the U.S. and you'd swear a rat just ran across the floor. I don't get it... Do you?
