Do you suppose that the board members of the 89 Neighborhood Councils might be interested in setting up a social network to facilitate the ongoing conversations.... Hmmmm. Could be interesting.

Hi Terry, Empowerment Congress West Area NDC is a Neighborhood Council (a volunteer grassroots community group elected by stakeholders, under the Los Angeles City Department of Empowerment.) The City invited board members of the 89 Neighborhood Councils to the IT Summit. That being said, I am an entrepreneur, owner of Simon Sez Enterprizes. I am a PR consultant amoung other things.
